Black

One of the most common colors for Olde English Bulldogs is black. This color is often seen on the dog's coat, but can also appear on the nose and other areas of the body. The black coat is a classic and timeless look for these dogs, and many people find it to be incredibly striking.

Black Tri

The black tri color is a combination of three colors: black, white, and brown. The black color is a deep black hue, while the white and brown colors are self-explanatory. Tri dogs will have tan points above the eyes (like eyebrows) and circular tan points on the cheeks. Tan markings will also be found on the legs and chest. Black Tri color dogs will have a solid body color or can also come with white or Piebald patterns.  

Blue

Blue is another popular color for Olde English Bulldogs. This color is a light blue-grey and is often seen on the dog's coat and nose. Blue Bulldogs are known for their calm and laid-back personalities, and are often very gentle and affectionate.

Brindle

This color is a mixture of brown and black stripes that create a tiger-like appearance. The brindle color can vary in intensity, with some dogs having more brown or black than others. Brindle can be seen on black, blue, and chocolate dogs.

Blue Tri

The blue tri color is a combination of three colors: blue, white, and brown. The blue color is a grayish-blue hue, while the white and brown colors are self-explanatory. Blue Tri dogs have two recessive genes that dilute any black hairs in the coat to a a gray color. Tri dogs will have tan points above the eyes (like eyebrows) and circular tan points on the cheeks. Tan markings will also be found on the legs and chest. Blue Tri color dogs will have a solid body color or can also come with white or Piebald patterns.  

Chocolate

Chocolate is another popular color for Olde English Bulldogs. This deep brown color is rich and luxurious, and is often seen on the dog's coat and nose. Chocolate Bulldogs are often referred to as "brownies" and are known for their sweet and affectionate personalities.

CHOCOLATE TRI

The tri chocolate color is a combination of three colors: chocolate, white, and brown. The chocolate color is a dark brown hue, while the white and brown colors are self-explanatory. Chocolate tri dogs have two recessive genes that manipulate any black hairs in the coat to a chocolate color. Tri dogs will have tan points above the eyes (like eyebrows) and circular tan points on the cheeks. Tan markings will also be found on the legs and chest. Chocolate tri color dogs will have a solid body color or can also come with white or Piebald patterns.  

FAWN

Another popular color for Olde English Bulldogs is fawn. This color is a light tan or beige and can range from a very light color to a darker, more golden shade. Fawn is a very popular color for these dogs.

LILAC

Lilac is a very unique and uncommon color for Olde English Bulldogs. This color is a pale lavender or blue-grey and is often seen on the dog's coat, nose, and eyes. Lilac Bulldogs are highly sought after due to their rarity and beautiful appearance.

TRI LILAC

The tri lilac color is a combination of three colors: lilac, white, and brown. The lilac color will appear as a light purple hue, while the white and brown colors are self-explanatory. Lilac or Isabell tri dogs have two recessive genes that dilute any black hairs in the coat to a chocolate color and 2 different recessive genes that dilute the chocolate color to blonde or taupe. This combination of 4 sets of recessive genes make tri lilac dogs very rare. Tri dogs will have tan points above the eyes (like eyebrows) and circular tan points on the cheeks. Tan markings will also be found on the legs and chest. Lilac tri color dogs will have a solid body color or can also come with white or Piebald patterns.  

SABLE

 The Sable color is a unique color that is characterized by a mixture of light and dark brown with black hairs intermingled. This color creates a natural gradient effect that is beautiful to look at.

TRINDLE

Tri dogs will have tan points above the eyes (like eyebrows) and circular tan points on the cheeks. Tan markings will also be found on the legs and chest. The body of a tri color dogs will have a solid body color or can also come with white or Piebald patterns.  Sometimes these leg marking will also be brindled (or striped), which is why they are called "trindle." Trindle is a unique variation of the brindle coat pattern, which features a combination of stripes and spots on the dog's coat.  Trindle can be seen on chocolate, black, and blue, and black dogs.
